Rule 41D. According to the details and statistics of unorganized residents received from the local level and the basis, criteria and calculations mentioned in Schedule-22, the commission will classify the unorganized residents.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the details regarding the classification of unorganized residents shall be publicly published by the Commission for the information of all concerned.
(3) If any error is found in the details published in accordance with sub-rule (2), any irregular resident may submit a report to the Commission through the relevant local level within fifteen days from the date of publication of such information to correct such error.
(4) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (3), the commission shall investigate and dispose of such application within twenty one days based on the recommendation of the concerned local level.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), if any error is found in the classification of unorganized residents, the commission shall correct such classification. can correct the existing error.
